Your registration must be completed in advance of abstract submission. On your registration, you will receive a reply from JHUPO by e-mail. The Registration ID on the e-mail will be needed for the abstract submission. Abstract submission will be accepted only by e-mail. Please download the submission form from the following link, and send it to the secretariat by e-mail at 〈jhupo2015@aeplan.co.jp〉.

The title of the e-mail and the file should be "Your Name _JHUPO2015 Poster".

The file should be Microsoft Office Word 2003 or later (Example of file title: Norie Araki_JHUPO2015 Poster.doc)
